Thanks to locally sourced farm Pamelot Lavender for suggesting I bake these newest treats! The aromatic hint of lavender mingles harmoniously with the bright zestiness of lemon, creating a biscotti that is as fragrant as it is delicious.
Pairs well with tea, refreshing lemonade, lemon curd, Riesling or Gewurztraminer.
Ingredients: Culinary lavender, lemon juice, lemon zest, butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, flour, eggs. May contain allergens.

All hand made biscotti are sold by weight. 8 or 16 ounces.
Each order is weighed before it is packaged.
Biscotti can be kept in a closed container up to 3 months.
