It all began with Mom baking biscotti for her and dad's bed and breakfast business in North Idaho. Every morning Mom would deliver trays to each guest with a beverage of their choice and her fabulous biscotti.

2020 was a rough year for everyone. Dad and I lost our warrior who held the family together.  Mom fought a courageous battle of cancer for almost 10 years, and sadly passed in October.

When December came upon us, I got Mom's recipe binder out from the cupboard and began flipping through her biscotti recipes. I came across a familiar favorite, Morning Biscotti. I proceeded to gather ingredients and start baking.

When they came out of the oven, my favorite critic, my dad, tasted them and said, "You should sell these!" The rest is history.

Mom, I know you are watching over me in the kitchen. So in honor of you, I say - KISS MY BISCOTTI!
