When I first began my quest to come up with a vegan recipe, I was skeptical. I thought to myself, vegan biscotti? It just can't taste that good. I just knew it was going to taste like cardboard. But...Who knew this recipe would tantalize the tastebuds?
I am now a firm believer in Veganess ( is that even a word?) In all seriousness, you will love Vegan Vanilla & Almond Biscotti, and so will your vegan friends!
Pairings - Pinot Noir, Chenin Blanc or, your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
Ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, almond
flavoring, applesauce, almonds, sparkling sugar. May contain allergens.

All hand made biscotti are sold by weight. 8 or 16 ounces. Each order is weighed before it is packaged.
Biscotti can be kept in a closed container up to 3 months.
